German owned ALDI has T-Boned “Australia EST 1788” T-shirts due to BS PC social media pressure

Aldi Australia has announced it will remove its controversial “Australia EST. 1788″ T-Shirt from sale following social media pressure and claims that the slogan was “racist”.

An Aldi Australia spokesperson said the decision was made “following comments by a limited number of concerned customers”.

The T-shirts and singlets were scheduled to go on sale this Saturday, 11 January. Others in the $5 range will still be sold.

The move follows earlier media reports about growing protests on Twitter.

How ironic that on the ALDI's Twitter page they feature two people with their mouths blocked. Looks like banning the freedom of expression - "Australia est 1788" on a t-shirt is something that goes along with ALDI's ethos.

New iPhone game “Republique” warns of dangers of surveillance state

“Republique,” a Kickstarter project released this month by small developer Camouflaj, is an episodic stealth game in which the player must guide a young girl named Hope to freedom after she is earmarked for destruction by a shadowy, totalitarian state.

…The concept for the game apparently touched a nerve with thousands of others too: The Kickstarter project drew nearly 12,000 backers who donated over half a million dollars to make the game.

The article confirms what I have always thought the true green agenda is all about. Climate Change, Global Warming or Climate Disruption (or whatever it’s called) has been subverted by the progressive elite and the watermelons of the green movement. Their aims are simple: to extend the powers of government; to vastly raise taxes; to destroy the capitalist system; to end personal freedom and property ownership; to redistribute income both domestically and internationally; to bring ever-closer the advent of an eco-fascist New World Order.

These same ecotards at the London conference are also calling for the introduction of Personal Carbon quotas. Just stop and think about that for a moment. Personal Carbon quotas is the perfect class war weapon. George Orwell saw all this class warfare coming with his essay, "Ignorance Is Strength." In the essay, Orwell lays down the iron rule of history: "Throughout recorded time, and probably since the end of the Neolithic Age, there have been three kinds of people in the world: High, Middle, and Low.”

Orwell cynically notes that the Middle (The Bourgeois) always campaign for power by promising the Low that they will be moved toward the top.  In fact, if the Middle are able to seize power, they establish themselves as the High, the Low are crushed, and that's the end of the story until the next Middle become powerful enough to start another cycle.

Orwell concludes: "As soon as they have reached their objective, the Middle thrust the Low back into their old position of servitude, and themselves become the High."

Using the excuse of “Catastrophic” Anthropogenic Global Warming (CAGW)  I believe we are witnessing an attempted coup by the current Middle – the intellectuals, academics, ideologues, journalists, thinkers, and talkers (i.e., people who feel entitled to run the world because they think they are so smart).  This hungry Middle wants to take power from the bankers, tycoons, entrepreneurs, and industrialists - the movers and shakers who have generated the vast majority of wealth.

Orwell's essay is depressing because he sees no hope that the Low can ever improve their condition.  In his view, the Middle are always liars, manipulators, and exploiters, despite their honeyed promises.

I think it's fair to say that the pro CAGW alarmists and their progressive far-left Pals would like to move to the Top.  Obviously, this is bad news for the High, but it’s even worse for the Low.  The people at the bottom will be kept there, ignorant, on welfare.

Ignorance is Strength: “If the population does not know that anything more can exist, or that they are being lied to, or that change is possible, they aren't going to care. If a government can manage to keep its population so ignorant that they do not question what they are told, no weaknesses within what the government says will ever be found.”

Nevertheless, a complaint was made. The remark was capable of offence. And he had to apologise – to the universe at large – saying he hadn’t intended any hurt.

Just one more success for the PC brigade.

Prosecuting people in the news in these mushrooming hurt feelings courts is great fun.

AGW hysteria was created as means of the UN achieving its intended goal and it was said, “in searching for a new enemy to unite us, we came up with the idea that pollution, the threat of global warming, water shortages, famine and the like would fit the bill.''  They went on to say, ''It does not matter if this common enemy is a real one or one invented for the purpose.”

Part 1 - Agenda 21 again

Awareness of the environment and concern for its delicate balance are indeed sensible endeavours. Concern, however, arose during a 1992 United Nation's conference to discuss future environmentally friendly development. From that conference an action agenda was revealed for an innocuously sounding aim of ''Sustainable Development''. That agenda was known as Agenda 21 and not as innocuous as it sounded.

Agenda 21 was promoted as a non-binding and voluntarily implemented action plan, and so the lie began. It was also called the brainchild of a group of powerful elitists known as the Club of Rome. Their aim was world domination brought about using the United Nations and its agencies to create a World Government together with a World Bank and a Security Force to ensure implementation of its aims.

Funnily enough, I remember during the 1980s a particularly colourful roller coaster ride at Dreamworld. Its gone now. However It used to slide in and out of view as our family barreled down the Pacific Highway to visit relatives on the Gold Coast.

I would argue we have entered a Dreamworld type era of twists and turns in Australian politics. Both sides of politics are setting themselves up as the answer in a political climate best described as 'disillusioned'.
