One of the problems encountered in dealing with academics and other similarly well-schooled but extraordinarily under-educated folk -- anally-retentive but generally unintelligent lawyers, too -- and other folk who have above-average vocabularies -- but who habitually surround themselves with only other pseudo-intellectuals -- is that there is a level of intelligence below which there appears to be no mechanism for detecting either the presence, in others, of superior intelligence -- nor the limits of one's own.
And most of the Penn-State's Jerry-Sandusky-Peer-Reviewed Mann-MadeGW Industrial Complex Fifteen-Trillion-Dollar Fascist-Fraud become godless-climate-cult's clergy: curates through cardinals -- and including Australia's own -- and every last Labor-lawyer-become-politician -- falls into that category.
To damned smart to have any idea how bloody stupid they are.
Awareness of this situation is most often indicated by 'common-sensible' Australians with the Australianism: Bullshit baffles brains!
Mr Flim-Flam Flannery, however, not only lacks the intelligence to self-measure:
The poor bastard's also almost certainly certifiably (and criminally) insane.

It is just remarkable how stupid this intellectual actually is.
Flannery has been ordained by the Labor government(when they made him Australian of the year)as a priest of his religious atheism
