Why do they keep giving oxygen to this moron. It has already been shown that using modern technogoly coal fired electricity production is far and away the cheapest alternative with minimal damage to the atmosphere.

The Tom Foolery report says, "solar photovoltaic and wind could be the cheapest forms of power in Australia for retail users by 2030."
Now Tom is jumping on the two-bob-each-way carbon economist bandwagon. Note the strategic 'could' in his statement. Cheapest presumes that the really cheap electricity production plants have been forcibly shut down.
