And Mrs. Rhinehart’s crime is…what exactly? An Australian buying a minor stake in a listed Australian media company? Would GetUP! rather see a foreign buyer like their pal George Soros own 15% of Fairfax Media instead?

GetUP! is terrified of a wealthy conservative woman and hates the idea of a level playing field.

Get up is a fraud- they prentend to educate about democracy as in the 2010 election and really it is about recruiting to their left wing agenda.

the get up team have been doing the rounds in Australian radio peddling their digust of anything they view as not left wing

Who says we live in a democracy?? Sorry, but what we have in Australia are elected dictatorships. Once in power these politicians do as they please. In a real democracy the people would be able to REMOVE any government found to be lying to the people, being grossly incompetent, or committing outright fraud by breaking agreements. This government has engaged in all three abuses, yet still it stands.

The left have more than enough avenues to promote their propaganda - it's high time the right caught up! I hope and pray that a Rinehart/Palmer alliance comes to fruition - it would put the fear of god into the weasels currently running this rudderless country!

Any government that wins office on promoted promises during election campaigns should be held to account.....including conservative governments. Your leader Gillard is a complete fraud, governing on a lie, practicing gross incompetence, and engaging in broken promises to political colleagues in exchange for their support. If she were a company director she would be facing the courts and a jail term.

We all know if Soros or some other leftwinger trying to protect this fraud of a government had of bought 10% Getup would have said nothing. This wasn't about facts-it was about idealology. It's apity it won't be until the end of next year but thank christ the left will be spending a generation in the political wilderness while the ocnservatives once again fix the ALP's #uckups.

He's just a smart guy who can cut through BS and is genuinely comedic.

He's the perfect guy to give it to this absurd astroturfing outfit.

The irony of people commenting on this page are blaming an apolitical organisation for peddling left wing views, when this page presents ads for "Stop the Carbon Tax" and "Support Andrew Bolt" and such conservative attitudes.
Also, apparently "Sexism and Leftism go hand in hand." I'm sorry. Did you miss the PM Julia Gillard rightfully calling Abbott out on his misogynistic views?
